Training vs. Coaching
There are two distinct ways to learn everything about Encompass®. We offer both to administrators, loan officers, loan processors, underwriters, and anyone who simply wants to improve their use of Encompass.
Weekly Live Meetings
We commit to meeting with you weekly, whether in a large, small, private, or 1:1 group setting. Each meeting is recorded and available for as long as you like.
We believe accessing what you are taught in a recorded format is critical to learning.
On-Demand Lessons
You can access hundreds of hours of recorded lessons and meetings to help you learn. These recorded lessons are available to everyone, regardless of your current role, just in case you want to learn how another position uses Encompass.
Coaching Options:
Join the monthly cohorts or private sessions, which will assist you with everything you need to know to truly master your position in your company using the Encompass platform. .
Quizzes and a Final Exam
If you are learning, you must prove it to yourself and others. You will participate in quizzes throughout your learning to ensure you remember the important parts. If you are on a path to certification, you will be given the opportunity to pass the final exam to earn your Mastering Encompass certification as an admin and/or as a user. No matter what, we will help you prepare for your best results.
